ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body of the detenue viz., Sathya (aged about 28 years) before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.

2. The status report filed by the first respondent reveals startling facts. It appears that with the consent of her husband, the detenue was living with the second respondent and she is in the advanced family way, which is also with the knowledge of the petitioner. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case.
