The Registry may examine the written statement filed on behalf of the 1st defendant and put up a note whether it had been filed within the prescribed time and also examine, as to whether it had been presented in proper from before the Assistant Registrar.

2.The Registry may also examine the written statement of the 5th defendant and also put up a note whether it was filed within the prescribed time and whether any orders had been passed in A.No.2086 of 2020, which is an application seeking to condone delay of 239 days in filing the written statement.

3.The Registry may examine whether the 2nd, 3rd and 4th defendants have filed any written statements or any memos adopting the written statement of either the 1st defendant or the 5th defendant. 4.The learned counsel for the plaintiffs may file an application seeking to condone delay in bringing on record further documents. 5.List the matter once again on 24.04.2024.
