This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the 1st petitioner's complaint dated 28.07.2018 lodged before the 2nd respondent police in CSR.No.352/2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabakaran Vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another in [Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc., batch], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner set out in G.Prabakaran (supra).
