ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue viz, Ishwarya, who is aged about 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. It is seen that this Court, by order dated 17.12.2018, has granted the relief sought for in this petition and has quashed the detention order. However, the petition has been kept pending for deciding some general issues, which have been raised in H.C.P.No.2519 of 2018.
Since the prayer in the petition has been answered by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2018, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
