This petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent/A5 in Crl.M.P.No.5045 of 2018 dated 25.10.2018 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner-Intervenor/Defacto complainant would submit that all the fabricated documents as per the allegations in the complaint have been cancelled and also original title deed in respect of the disputed property has been handed over to the petitioner.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the Petitioner/defacto complainant, this Court finds no merit in this petition and hence, this Petition filed for Cancellation of anticipatory bail is dismissed.
