Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District and Sessions Court, Namakkal to number the suit in O.S.SR.No.14988 of 2018.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is for a direction to the trial Court to number the suit in O.S.SR.No.14988 of 2018.

2. The issue with regard to non-joinder or mis-joinder of parties is a issue that could be raised by the Court and not by the Registry of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal. We are constrained to observe here that the Registry has no authority to return plaints of this nature, which can be an issue before the Trial Court alone.

3. As such, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal is called upon to instruct his Registry to number the suit in O.S.SR.No.14988 of 2018, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
