This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose the petitioner's statutory appeal pending before the respondent.
2. According to the petitioner, he said to have filed an appeal before the respondent on 10.03.2018 challenging the order passed by the Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning, Salem on 10.03.2018, but, so far, the appeal was not disposed of, and it is still pending with the 1st respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal, and pass suitable orders on merit and in accordance with law after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
