Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the petitioner shall stay report before the Learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila Judge) Namakkal every Monday at 10.30 a.m.until further orders made in Crl.M.P.No.7294 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.231 of 2018 dated 12.06.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.CAMYLES GANDHI Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Government Advocate[crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court has passed an order on 12.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7294 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.231 of 2018, imposing a condition by directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. According to the petitioner, the condition has been duly complied with till date and the said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.06.2018.
4. Considering the above fact that the petitioner has been duly complied with the condition imposed by this Court, the order dated 12.06.2018, shall stand modified as under.

5.
