This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case and file a final report in Cr.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the respondent dated 16.06.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 16.06.2017, no final report is filed till date.
