By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct the election by secret ballot sheet papers and elect the office bearers for managing the Thangal Gudubi Mosque & Wakf by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.10.2018, to the respondents, claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents.

4. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that after complying with all the required legal norms, the election as prayed by the petitioner be conducted within the stipulated time.

5. The above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is hereby recorded and the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
