This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the petition to restore the order in W.P.No.30601 of 2013, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 20.08.2018.

2. Even after printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. From the perusal of the materials, it is seen that the Writ Petition in W.P.No.30601 of 2013 was dismissed for non prosecution on 20.08.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed this petition to restore the said Writ Petition with a delay of 22 days. Even today, the petitioner is not present before this Court to prosecute the matter. Hence, I am not inclined to allow this petition.
