This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings initiated under Sec.87 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act.

Admittedly, challenging the proceedings initiated under Sec.87 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, there is an appeal remedy available under Sec.152 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. But, without availing the alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot straight away file this Writ Petition.

3. In the said circumstances, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order under Sec.152 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
