This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.T.C.No.316 of 2016 pending on the file learned Judicial Magistrate Tirutani, and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the trial has already been commenced in this case and some of the witnesses has already been examined. Therefore, this petition cannot be entertained by this Court. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, and a perusal of entire papers, it is seen that the petitioner raised all the grounds as raised herein before the trial Court in S.T.C.No.316 of 2016.
