ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 956 of 2012.

2.In the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the final report filed by the respondent police, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai to complete the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance before this Court after completion of the trial. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
