This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order and decretal order in RCA.No.13 of 2017 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority / Subordinate Court, Ponneri dated 24.08.2018 confirming the judgment and decree passed in RCOP.No.31 of 2012 on the file of Rent Control Authority/ District Munsif, Thiruvottiyur dated 22.08.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the tenant already vacated the premises.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
