O R D E R

Instant application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.1,32,48,759/- or such sum as this Court may direct within such time that this Court may stipulate and in case of default to do so, order sale of property of the respondents morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons and to deposit the sale proceeds into this Court to the credit of the above application pending initiation, disposal of the arbitration proceeding and the enforcement of the award.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, through Video Conferencing, there is no appearance on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. This Court has also passed an order directing the respondents to furnish security on 7/1/2019. Instant application is pending from the year 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has not informed this Court whether the award is passed or not. In view of the above, this Court is not in a position to keep the instant application pending.
