When the matter was taken up today, none appeared on behalf of both the parties.
2. The issue in this Petition is relating to the matrimonial dispute and the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 02.02.2021. After the completion of mediation, the Mediator's Report with the agreement was filed before this Court, stating that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and they also filed the Settlement Agreement between the petitioner/husband and respondent/wife, dated 14.03.2022. However, as per the Settlement Agreement, it is seen that both the parties herein have arrived settlement voluntarily on their free will and accord and they also agreed to withdraw all the cases filed by the respective parties including this Petition.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
