O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first Respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 15.10.2018.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, she made a representation to the first respondent on 15.10.2018, requesting to permit the petitioner to run his business and also to receive the shop rent of the petitioner. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents submits that the licence of the petitioner was already expired in the year 2013 itself and thereafter she has not renewed the licence and therefore she is not entitled to run the shop. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the submissions made on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2018, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them due opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
