Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondents in Na.Ka.Doc.No.1958/15 and 1961/15 dated 28.07.2016 and consequential order of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.38172/N1/2016 dated 18.09.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to return the original document of sale deeds bearing Document Nos.1958/15 and 1961/15 Reg.on 31.03.2015, registered on the file of 3rd respondent. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and made the following endorsement:
