2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the matter has been kept pending from the year 2015 and the counter has also been filed on 05.04.2016 and thereafter, more than two years has lapsed.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Sholinghur to dispose of I.A.No.321 of 2015 in O.S.No.13 of 2012 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
