[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, sought production of his wife and his minor daughter viz., Valarmathi, aged 31 years and B.Anitha, aged 11 years.

3. Second respondent along with the minor daughter have been secured by first respondent police. The detenue informs intent to return to matrimonial home along with the child, a course to which petitioner is agreeable.
