Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to return the entire fee paid by the petitioner with 24% interest for the course in the third respondent college, besides a compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- for the loss of petitioner's one year career and mental agony. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to return the entire fee paid by the petitioner with 24% interest for the course in the third respondent college, besides a compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- for the loss of petitioner's one year career and mental agony.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/college submitted that the third respondent is ready to return the original documents namely, 1. SSLC Certificate, 2. Diploma Certificate in Computer Science and 3. Diploma consolidated Mark sheet to the petitioner.
3. The above said submission of the learned counsel for the third respondent is recorded.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the third respondent and make representation for return of the above said original documents, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being given by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to return the above said original documents to the petitioner, without any further delay. As far as the relief with regard to the compensation is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
