ORDER

The case of the petitioner in this case is that after his dismissal, he preferred an appeal on 10.09.2017 before the appellate authority/ first respondent, since no order has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed on the same, the petitioner has come to this Court by way of filing this writ petition to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in a time bound manner. 2.Heard, Mrs.Rita Chandrasekar for M/s.Aiyar and Dolia, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and also the nature of relief sought for, this Court dispose of this writ petition at the stage of admission itself without issuing notice to the respondents inasmuch as the nature of relief sought for is granted going to cause no prejudice to the respondents, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 10.09.2017, if the same is pending on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. No costs.
