ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the first detenue viz., Hina Kauser aged about 28 years and father of the second detenue viz., minor daughter Alisha Arif, aged about 4 years, sought production of his wife and daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent as also learned counsel for second respondent.

3. The first detenue namely, Hina Kauser, who is the wife of the petitioner is present. She informs of having custody of the minor daughter and that she has taken up residence at No.56, 407 SFS, 5th Main Road, Mother diary cross, Velahanka, New town, Bangalore - 560 064.
