By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.
The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider her representations dated 26.05.2015 and 09.06.2016 for issuance of the legal heirship Certificate of her husband Late.V.Srinivasan. 3.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 26.05.2015 and 09.06.2016 claiming the relief as prayed in this Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Petition, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.
Heard Mr.S.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the petitioner to give a copy of the said representations to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of copy of such representations, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of such representations.
6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
