A.Nos.10165, 10168 and 10169 of 2018 in C.S.No.965 of 2001 and A.Nos.10166 of 2018 in C.S.No.784 of 2002 and A.No.10167 of 2018 in C.S.No.822 of 2003 R.SURESH KUMAR, J A.No.10165 of 2018 was filed in C.S.No.965 of 2001, seeking for amendment, because, the third defendant is Hindu Undivided Family and the kartha of the HUF since expired, in order to bring the LRs of HUF as the surviving members of the HUF, the said application was necessitated.
2. Almost for the similar relief, A.No.10166 of 2018 was filed in C.S.No.784 of 2002 and A.No.10167 of 2018 was filed in C.S.No.822 of 2003.
3. Like that, similar applications have been filed in A.No.10168 and 10169 of 2018, to make necessary amendment for the aforesaid reason in the applications, i.e., A.No.6697 and 6699 of 2018, which are already pending.

5. Since this amendment become necessitated, as the kartha of the third defendant HUF is no more, necessarily surviving members of the HUF have to be brought on record. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not have any objection in allowing these applications.
6. Accordingly all these five applications are allowed. The applicant / plaintiff is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of two weeks and to file the amended plaint copy also.
7. In so far as A.Nos.6697 and 6699 of 2018, it can be heard after two weeks.
Post the matter on 11.01.2019.
