This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner, pending investigation in Crime No. Not known/2018 on the file of the respondents.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police called the petitioner for enquiry in the pending FIR in Crime No.422 of 2017. The case where the FIR is pending against the petitioner, there is no scope for this Court to entertain the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal

Procedure under the caption "not to harass".

3. Consequently, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
