[CRL.MP.NO.14820/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SARAVANA VEL Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for payment of Rs.5,000/- for the month of October 2018 as per order dated 09.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.23776 of 2018 and Crl.M.P.Nos.13432 and 13436 of 2018.
2.Earlier, this Court had passed a conditional order on 09.10.2018. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first petitioner was not able to comply with the condition, since the order copy itself was received at a later point of time. 3.Therefore, there shall be a direction to the first petitioner to directly pay the ad-interim maintenance for the month of October and November 2018 to the respondent on or before 20.11.2018. The adinterim maintenance for the subsequent months shall be paid directly to the respondent on or before 10th of every English calender month, pending disposal of the Criminal Original Petition without prejudice to the contentions that have been raised in the present Criminal Original Petition.
