..Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 2 to consider the complaint representation dated 22.08.2018 sent by the petitioner and for taking appropriate action and prosecute against respondents 03 & 04 for offence committed under Section 166A, 110, and 217, 307 of IPC. This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the complaint representation dated 22.08.2018, for taking appropriate action and prosecute against respondents 03 & 04.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2017 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
