ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the person and body of petitioner's daughter Saraswathi, aged 18 years, before this Court from the illegal custody of the second respondent and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was listed on 17.10.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue is a major and left with the second respondent, married him and begotten a child to the knowledge of the petitioner. The complaint itself was also subsequently withdrawn.

4. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
