2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The CC is of the year 2016. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Judicial Magistrate No.II Krishnagiri is directed to dispose of C.C.No.119 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
