PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 5th respondent in its proceeding dated 28th March 2018 under Ref: SSSMCRI / Tuition_Fee/ 2018-19/17021210022018001 and quash the same as arbitrary and consequently forbear the 5th respondent from demanding and collecting fees from the petitioner, in excess of the fees fixed by the 6th & 8th respondents for Post Graduation Medical Course in the State of Tamil Nadu for the academic year 2018 - 2019, 2019 - 2020 and direct the 5th respondent to refund the excess fees collected from the petitioners for the academic year 2017 -18.
