: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 01.03.2018 to conduct a fair enquiry and

look into the affairs of the temple which has been closed since for the past more than six months and also to check for the idol theft and misappropriation of the wealth and accounts of the temple.
