This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Domestic Violence Case No.15 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 12, 18(d), (e) and (f), 19(f), 20(i)(b) and (d), 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
