PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body and person of Miss.R.Mohanapriya, aged 16 years, the daughter of the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court from the custody of the third respondent and handover to the petitioner. ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue viz., R.Mohanapriya, aged 16 years, sought production of her daughter.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

She informs that she had left the parental home on her own volition and has now returned.
4. Recording the said position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
