ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of Saranya, female, aged about 25 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner is the husband of the detenue seeks production before us pursuant to her missing from 06.09.2018 onwards.

3. From the status report filed by the respondents, prima facie, it appears that the detenue has left the matrimonial home as she was not consenting for the marriage.

4. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, we direct the respondents/Police to continue with the investigation. As and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
