O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, he may be permitted to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition, as the dispute between the parties, has been settled. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect and the endorsement reads thus:
"matter has been settled between the both parties. So we may permitted to withdraw this petition".
Recording the endorsement, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
