The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the F.C.O.P expeditiously. 2.Counter has also been filed in the present petition. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the main H.M.O.P. which came to be
filed in the year 2015 was posted for enquiry as early as on 07.06.2017 and though both the parties were present on many occasions, thereafter, there was no much progress in the proceedings.
3.In view of the same, it will be appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the petition within a stipulated time. Taking into consideration the stage of the case, the learned Family Court Judge, Salem is called upon to dispose of the H.M.O.P.Nos.561 and 203 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
