By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 24.09.2018 permitting him to install a bunk shop outside the Namakkal Government Head Quarters Hospital Campus.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.09.2018 to the respondents seeking permission to install a bunk shop https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

outside the Namakkal Government Head Quarters Hospital Campus, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. Heard Mr.S.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
