This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 296 days in filing the CRP.SR.No.123250 of 2018.

2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, notice should have been served to the respondent. However, it seems that petition and enclosure is due, as the petitioner has not taken steps to file batta and private notice though had been permitted, affidavit of service has not been filed.

3.When the case is called today, no one is appearing for the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner since has not shown any interest in pursuing the matter, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default.
