Cont.P.No.2560 of 2018 2.It is evident from the proceedings of the Peace Committee Meeting that the Petitioner was not ex-communicated from the village and the proceedings has also said that if there is any ex-communication, appropriate action will be taken. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, in case of ex-communication, including filing a complaint against persons who are ex-communicating the Petitioner and his family.
