C.M.P.No.21340 of 2018 in C.M.A.Sr.No.123266 of 2018 R.SUBBIAH, J and C.SARAVANAN, J This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to enhance the claim amount in a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- over and above the claim amount of Rs.25,00,000/- in the claim petition in M.C.O.P.No.353 of 2003 on the file of Principal Sub-ordinate Judge, Vellore,Vellore District.

3. This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. It is made clear that in the event of enhancement of compensation, petitioner/ appellant is entitled for interest only from the date of numbering of the above appeal.
