This criminal appeal has been filed praying to set aside the judgment dated 31.07.2018 made in SC.No.123 of 2013 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvarur to enhance punishment for offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(b) of IPC to the second respondent in accordance with law.

When the matter was listed on 04.03.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 05.03.2026 under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, even today i.e. 05.03.2026, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
