..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the petitioners with the power to collect the debts and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the Schedule This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners, who are the children of P.Y.Viswanathan and Gowri Viswanathan, who died intestate on 28.04.2001 and 05.08.2006 respectively seek issuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ succession certificate in respect of the securities
mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
2. The second petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the legal heirship certificate of Gowri Viswanathan as Ex.P1 and the original Power of Attorney executed by the third petitioner as Ex.P2. The computer generated copies of the death certificates of P.Y.Viswanathan and Gowri Viswanathan have been produced as Exs.P3 and P4. A perusal of the legal heirship certificate shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased P.Y.Viswanathan and Gowri Viswanathan.
3. Considering the above evidence, this application is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
