Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action to remove the unauthorized construction existing behind the Nathakadaiyur Panchayat Commercial Complex building which is under the possession of the 4th respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to recover the charges for unauthorized usage of the said premises by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2018 and 15.10.2018.
