By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to depute the taluk surveyor to measure the petitioner lands situate in S.No.33/2A2 in Thiruthani village and Taluk, in Thiruvallur District as per the request dated17.09.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has made a request on 17.09.2018 to the respondents, to depute a taluk surveyor to measure the petitioner's lands situated in S.No.33/2A2 in Thiruthani Village in Thiruvallur District. But, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the request was made to the Tahsildar, as early as on 10.07.2017 followed by another request to the first respondent dated 17.09.2018, to measure the aforesaid survey numbers and charges were also paid in respect of the same, a direction may be issued to the first respondent to depute a taluk surveyor to measure the petitioner's lands situated in S.No.33/2A2 in Thiruthani Village in Thiruvallur District.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner made a request to the Tahsildar as early as on 10.07.2018 and also paid the charges for the same twice, this Court directs the respondents to depute the taluk surveyor to measure the petitioner lands situate in S.No.33/2A2 in Thiruthani village and Taluk, in Thiruvallur District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
