By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent herein to grant patta in Survey Nos. 361/3 and 361/4A in Vengal Village. Thiruvallur District, within a stipulated period based on the representation dated 18.04.2017.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

18.04.2017, seeking to issue patta in respect of Survey Nos. 361/3 and 361/4A in Vengal Village. Thiruvallur District. Since no action has been taken on the same till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
