2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.01.2018, an enquiry has been conducted and closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the Contempt petition stands closed, on the ground that there is no willful disobedience.
