Petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities left behind by the deceased S.Kannan, who died intestate on 03.01.2012.

2. The petitioners are the wife and children of the said Kannan. The 4th petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of the deceased as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. From the legal heirship certificate, it is seen that the petitioners alone are the legal heirs of the deceased S.Kannan.

3. In view of the said evidence and the fact that the 1st and 3rd petitioners have expressed their consent for grant in favour of 2nd and 4th petitioners, the original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 2nd and 4th petitioners.
