ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the violation and disobedience of the order passed by this Courtin W.P.No.29667 of 2017 dated 28.09.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the respondent has sent a letter dated 23.11.2018 to the Sub-Registrar, Denkanikkottai, stating that the encumbrance in respect of the properties therein shall be removed.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
